家長（高意媗）先詢問為何 8/15 之後英文老師的課都沒有回饋（前台隨後補發了 8/22、8/29、9/5、9/12 的英文回饋）。家長另請前台轉告數學老師：之後每次的回饋都要註明數學作業和物理作業的正確率。前台回覆「好的」。

The parent (高意媗) asked why there had been no feedback for the English teacher's lessons since 8/15 (the front desk then sent the English feedback for 8/22, 8/29, 9/5 and 9/12). The parent also asked the front desk to tell the math teacher to state the accuracy rate of the math and physics homework in every feedback from now on. The front desk replied "OK".
